Buying rings online can be tricky when you are not able to try them on, especially if they are a gift for someone else. In the event that the ring you ordered is too big or too small, please purchase this listing with the new, correct size that you require.
As all of my rings are custom handmade to size for each order, I don't keep stock and resizing requires additional work, with some resizing jobs needing to be made again completely from scratch due to the nature/design of the ring.
This listing includes the remaking / alteration of the ring(s) and the cost of tracked postage back to you.
Once you have purchased this listing, you will need to:1. Package your item(s) in the original packaging if you still have it. If not, please ensure the item is packaged securely so no damage will occur during transit.
2. Post the items back to the return address on the original packaging. If you need the address, please do get in touch. I strongly recommend that you use a tracked or recorded mail service as I cannot be held responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged. I also advise that you take out enough postal insurance to cover the value of the contents. If you arent sure, check with your post office who can advise.
3. I will get in touch when your return arrives back with me so you know it has been safely received.
Please allow up to 7-10 working days (if I can do it quicker than this I certainly will!), depending on my current order volumes. Your 'order' will be marked as dispatched when the item(s) are on their way back.

The most accurate and recommended way of finding your true ring size is to use a measuring set at your local jeweller. However, you can purchase an adjustable Ring-Sizing Gauge from the shop which gives an estimated ring size, close to the "Wheatsheaf" measurements.
Please ensure that you are confident with your size choice as I cannot be responsible if the wrong size is ordered.
