HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Depending on current order volumes, I will ship your item out as soon as I can to you - however, I don't like to rush orders, I want to take the greatest care and provide beautiful, high quality items that my recipients will be happy to receive and excited to show off.
I aim to dispatch all items within 3-5 working days (before shipping), however please check my home page for the current turn around time, as it may be longer during busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Valentines Day, Mothers Day etc.).
SHIPPING METHODS
All UK orders are Large Letter Friendly and include FREE standard shipping via Royal Mail 2nd Class or you can upgrade shipping to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £2.00.
All non-UK packages are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked which is tracked in the UK + overseas with online confirmation of delivery provided.
Postage costs are dependant on the county selected and will be calculated at checkout. Shipping costs include shipping fees and packaging materials.
Standard shipping times are currently:
2-4 working days* - UK
3-5 working days* - EU
5-7 working days* - Rest of the world
POSTAGE UPGRADES
UK - ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24 - £2.00
This service aims to deliver parcels within 1-2* working days. Proof of delivery is standard with this service and you can track your item online using Royal Mail's Track & Trace service with the tracking number you will be provided on your shipping confirmation.
* Please note these estimated timescales are not guaranteed and unfortunately any delays are out of our control. On occasion items may take longer, up to 25 working days in some instances. (especially during busier times). Please also note i can only consider an item is lost once 15 working days have passed (UK), 20 working days have passed (EU) or 25 working days have passed (Rest of the world).
CUSTOMS
International buyers please note: you are responsible for paying all customs/taxes applicable to any purchases or sales of items you make on the site. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. If you fail to pay customs fees, refunds will also not be given until I receive the parcel back. I am also unable to give you a refund on items that are made to order or personalised, nor the shipping fee.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen purchases and/or for items that are shipped to the incorrect address. Please double check your address when you checkout as if an order is returned to me because of an incorrect address, there will be a re-delivery fee charged to re-send.
PRIORITY RUSH ORDERS
If you need an item and have a short timescale, do message me - I will always do my very best to accommodate but sometimes it may not be possible. It will be based on our discretion if we can create the piece in the given timeframe. Please contact us directly prior to ordering. All priority rush orders will be subject to a priority fee of £10.00.
RECEIPTS
To stay environmentally friendly, paper receipts are not included in the packages, however the receipt is available online/via email. If you don't receive your email receipt, please check your “spam” folder, as occasionally emails mistakenly end up there. If it’s not there, please contact us. If you require or would prefer a paper receipt, please add a note at checkout or email me hello@lovepiecesofeight.com
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us via email ASAP at hello@lovepiecesofeight.com
If a commission or an order has been started / processed before cancellation you may incur charges for any materials, work or postage fees attached to that order or commission.
